include a wide variety of fully cooked chicken. Crider can produce fully cooked diced or shredded
frozen chicken such as fajita strips, diced IQF and whole breast chicken fillets with or without grill marks.
Additionally, Crider produce breaded or glazed items - either whole muscle chicken or chopped and formed chicken. The
chicken plant has been equipped with new, high-tech equipment. Designed to be versatile and to handle
large volume; it meets the needs of Crider's co-pack customers as well as Crider's foodservice, school, institutional,
industrial, and retail customers.

Built in 2003, the Crider chicken plant was designed with food-safety as the primary focus and incorporated a
pharmaceutical-grade clean room, anti-bacterial floors and walls, segregated fresh and cooked food
handling areas, and separate air flow and drainage systems. Certified facility audits assure a HACCP
compliant environment throughout the plant. Crider prides itself on being a leader in food safety
initiatives that exceed all regulatory requirements.
